Subscription Terms

Effective Date: December 21, 2025

 

These Subscription Terms govern all paid subscription plans offered through IIISIDE (the “Platform”). By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the IIISIDE Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

IIISIDE is owned and operated by Polyflex Capital Corp, a corporation incorporated in Alberta, Canada.

 

1. Subscription Requirement

An active subscription is required to submit, publish, or maintain listings for ASIC hardware, build-out-ready sites, energy-related properties, or contractor/service listings on IIISIDE.

Access to certain features, tools, or content may be limited based on the subscription plan selected. IIISIDE reserves the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features at any time.

 

2. Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified at checkout).

• All fees are displayed in the applicable currency at purchase.

• You authorize IIISIDE to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges.

• You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.

If a payment fails or is reversed, IIISIDE may suspend or terminate your subscription and remove associated listings.

 

3. Free Trials and Promotions (If Applicable)

If IIISIDE offers a free trial or promotional period, access is provided solely at IIISIDE’s discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. At the end of a trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled prior to renewal.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting IIISIDE support.

• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

 

5. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes, without limitation:

• Partial months

• Unused time

• Removal, rejection, or suspension of listings

• Suspension or termination for violations of platform policies

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

6. Listing Review and Approval

All listings submitted under a subscription are subject to review and approval. IIISIDE reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

Subscription fees do not guarantee listing approval, visibility, inquiries, or transaction outcomes.

 

7. Price Changes

IIISIDE may change subscription pricing or billing terms at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and, where required by law, will be communicated prior to the next billing cycle.

Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

 

8. Suspension and Termination

IIISIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions, accounts, or listings for:

• Non-payment or failed payment

• Violation of the Terms of Use, Subscription Terms, or other platform policies

• Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIISIDE and Polyflex Capital Corp shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to subscription services, including loss of revenue, opportunities, or data.

 

10. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

 

11. Changes to These Subscription Terms

IIISIDE may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of subscription services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
