IIISIDE by Polyflex Capital Corp. is proudly based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and serves customers across Canada and the United States. We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect all orders prior to shipment.
1. Defective Products Only
We accept returns or replacements only for defective products.
Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Accidental damage or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

Products that have been used, modified, or improperly handled
2. Reporting a Defect
If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as intended, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
3. Claim Review & Resolution
All defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

A replacement product at no additional cost, or

A refund of the purchase price to the original payment method
We may request additional information or troubleshooting steps before approval.
4. Return Shipping (Canada & United States)
If a return is required:

For approved defective items, return shipping costs will typically be covered

Items returned without authorization may be refused
Cross-border return shipments must follow our provided instructions to avoid customs delays.
5. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
